Expense Management Reporting
As budget
time approaches, Mygrotel customers will now be able to go on line for their
real time telecom budget figures enabling them to quickly forecast next years
budget.
In order
to simplify our customer’s telecom budget process and save time, Mygrotel’s
Invoice Web storage site now has new telecom expense reporting capabilities to
complement our monthly Audit-Pay-Invoice service.
Instead of
having to search through file cabinets and waste high level executive’s time
locating and compiling telecom invoices necessary to complete your annual budget
process, Mygrotel customers will now be able to have their telecom expense
budget tracked automatically by site, by General Ledger Code and even broken out
by department on a monthly basis.
What takes
many companies weeks and months to figure out will now take minutes.
